Yes, every item in our collection is 100% authentic. Each piece of memorabilia and apparel comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) to guarantee its origin and historical value.

Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Due to the high value of our items, we use insured shipping carriers, and delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for vintage apparel?
We offer a 14-day return window for apparel items, provided they are in their original condition with all tags and security seals intact. Please note that certain one-of-a-kind prop items may be final sale.
How do I care for my Planet Hollywood Vault garments?
To preserve the quality and history of our apparel, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. For vintage items, specific care instructions will be included on the product page and the inner garment tag.
